Finding a home in NY is a nightmare no one should endure. City housing is 2-10 yr waitlists & impossible lotteries. Expensive trashy sketchy brokers I didn’t ask to talk to w/ outrageous req flood spaces intended for landlord-tenant negotiations. Scams everywhere
