I sign up for every new service I run into. This time, it’s Inkwell.
I’m a sucker for a nice UI into which I can type stuff :). The problem, though, is that I don’t need yet another place to type stuff. I’m already overloaded with three blogs and a wiki. The difference here is that I’m not hosting anything. It’s kind of freeing to let someone else deal with all that.
Anyway, Inkwell looks like a swell service. It’s worth keeping an eye on.

Thanks for signing up and posting! I appreciate the kind words. I think this is the biggest challenge Inkwell will have as it’s already a crowded market. That’s why I wanted the ability to communicate with other fediverse instances from Inkwell. Maybe I’ll catch a few people with the splashy UI ;).
