Fix Comments Not Showing Proper Count

On the mastodon post that shows up under explore, any comments added are not showing up. There are no comments on the other posts, as they are all mine, so I'm not sure whether they are affected. We need to ensure comment counts are showing up properly.

Fixed\! The explore page now queries actual comment counts for remote/federated entries instead of showing 0.
