Attach Supporting Details to Feedback

As a user reporting a bug or requesting a feature
I want to attach files, screenshots, or logs to my feedback post
So that I can provide the context admins need to understand and reproduce issues without back-and-forth emails
Acceptance Criteria:
Users can upload up to 3 files (images, PDFs, text logs) up to 5MB each
File attachments persist and are visible on the feedback post detail page
Only the feedback author and admins can delete attached files
File list shows upload timestamp and file size
Mobile-friendly file picker

You can now attach up to 3 screenshots or images when submitting feedback. Images are uploaded directly in the submission form and displayed on the feedback detail page so admins can see exactly what you're describing.
