Is there an API?

Just what the title says. Is there an API? I would like the ability to publish directly from my Wordpress blog to my Inkwell profile, but I think that can only happen with an API token. Posting from the fediverse, like I'm doing now, does make it to the Inkwell platform's feed now, but it doesn't publish it to my actual Inkwell profile page. I think that might be because the Inkwell fediverse profile is separate from the Activitypub fediverse profile, even though they're linked on my Inkwell account. They also have two different fediverse addresses: @eve@evecodes.com and eve@evecodes.com.fediverse.inkwell.social. I don't think this is an error, and I believe this is by design because the same thing happens on Mastodon, Pixelfed and all the other federated platforms. Unless there is some way you can get the @eve@evecodes.com to publish to the Inkwell profile, but I think that may be a limitation of the Activitypub protocol because I don't see any other platform doing that either, so an API would be needed in that case, which I believe Activitypub calls that design of posting, as "FOSS".
