This is a black and white photo in landscape format of a landing plane flying over large billboard. Los Angeles, California (2018). Filling the lower left quarter and stretching across to close to the right edge of the photo is a large billboard (advertising sign) above and to the side of the street with the words in bold white letters against a dark background - 'Marijuana Delivered' And below in reverse video - 'Now In Los Angeles' Overhead the billboard is a large jet plane (Cathay Pacific Boeing 777) flying towards the camera and about to land, only a few hundred feet above the ground: it's undercarriage just caressing the top of the billboard. To the right of the sign and above the jet is an overcast sky, devoid of and detail.
