Filling the lower left quarter and stretching across to close to the right edge of the photo is a large billboard (advertising sign) above and to the side of the street with the words in bold white letters against a dark background -
'Marijuana Delivered'
And below in reverse video -

Overhead the billboard is a large jet plane (Cathay Pacific Boeing 777) flying towards the camera and about to land, only a few hundred feet above the ground: it's undercarriage just caressing the top of the billboard.
