Bad weather prevailed all night and into the morning throughout Piedmont. Record snowfall in the mountains: the Alps, particularly the area between the Val di Susa, Ivrea (in the video above, snow at Andrate), Biellese, Valsesia and especially Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, were severely affected.
