The separation of careers has nothing to do with it: the great misunderstanding behind the Nordio reform.
Such separation is already implemented in our legal system, due to the Cartabia reform. The innovations that one wants to introduce with the reform, which will soon be the subject of a referendum, have entirely different objectives from this one, and, more generally, from improving the guarantees offered to the citizen in criminal proceedings.
