How to look up a fund raising scam for a political action committee:

1. Search the phone text you received for the domain. My text had a donate link to forwardblue.us
2. Open the FEC site. Click the button for "research committee". I did and then entered "Forward Blue"
3. It shows that more than half of the money they raised is used to cover their overhead. 🤮

This is an excellent article in on the proposed One Nation , One Election process in . I had been saying that this is a way of transforming India into a presidential democracy from the current parliamentary system to help concentrate the powers on one man (One nation, one leader!). Something similar to what happened in Turkiye.
This article echos my views.

Articles 75 and 164 establish the collective responsibility of the executive to the legislature. Articles 83 and 172 prescribe only a maximum tenure of five years for legislatures, not a guaranteed term. Early dissolution is, therefore, not a defect but a democratic safeguard, allowing voters to renew the mandate when confidence collapses. ONOE reverses this logic, treating dissolution as an administrative inconvenience and subtly shifting India toward a quasi-presidential model that weakens legislative accountability.

— Baltimore Evening Sun on July 26, 1920, H.L. Mencken
