Messages between two Live Nation ticketing directors refer to customers as stupid and gloat over gouging customers through ancillary fees. "Robbing them blind, baby. That's how we do it," said regional director Jeff Weinhold in a Slack message to Ben Baker, who is now Live Nation's head of ticketing.
