I once installed ProtonVPN for like a day. Then I uninstalled it. Now, when I start Vivaldi (not Firefox or Chromium, which also get used on this machine) I see this weird popup.

I can't find any Proton VPN content on my system using find / -regex "..." (different regex things I've tried). I found a command that shows the process that spawned a window, but it just says
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/notifyd/xfce4-notif (I'm running Mint 22.3)
but I don't know where the file is that got executed to send the notification to the #xfce notification service (or whatever that is).

It doesn't cause me any problems. It disappears when any significant event occurs. It's just weird.
