According to those who debate it, today might be, though it probably isn’t, the birthday in Celbridge, County #Kildare #Ireland of brewery founder Arthur Guinness (March 12, 1724-January 23, 1803). Others claim his birth occurred in September or January , but no matter, it is far less disputed that he started the #brewery in 1759 and signed a 9000 year lease in #Dublin, and had 21 kids of whom less than half made it to adulthood.
