Si avvicina la data del Referendum costituzionale sulla Giustizia e la sinistra la spara sempre più grossa. Dopo aver bollato i sostenitori del Sì come massoni, banditi e chi più ne ha più ne metta, la nuova offesa è a firma del deputato Pd Roberto Morassut. Intervenendo in merito al Referendum durante la trasmissione mattutina Coffe Break, diretta da Andrea Pancani su La7, il dem ha snobbato gli elettori di centro-destra, sostenendo che a loro "non importa dei contenuti" perché "si mobilitano quando c'è un problema di pancia". E ancora: "L'elettorato di centro destra è un elettorato a bassa intensità, dei contenuti gliene importa poco. Si mobilita quando c'è un problema di pancia, invece quando c'è da discutere di contenuti…”. Una frase che ha fatto scattare il senatore di Forza Italia, Maurizio Gasparri, che ha replicato: "Cioè abbiamo gli elettori scemi?”. Morassut tenta male di ricalibrare il tiro: "No, non dico questo, dico: a bassa intensità”.
Litigio concluso causa fine trasmissione, che nel frattempo dava la linea a L'aria che Tira. Tuttavia, il forzista Gasparri intervenuto successivamente all'AdnKronos per aggiungere una dichiarazione: “Ci troviamo di nuovo davanti all'atteggiamento razzista della sinistra nei confronti dei nostri elettori. Vorrei capire poi chi sarebbero i sapienti, forse quelli che prendono il tax credit per film che non vede nessuno, ma che sono intellettuali di sinistra. Comunque noi siamo grati a Morassut, che è un politico che conosco da anni e con cui ho un rapporto civile e rispettoso, per questo ingiustificato disprezzo, perché come è già successo in passato, fa indignare le persone e le spinge ancora di più a votarci. Quindi contiamo che questa puzza sotto il naso sarà foriera di successo per chi come noi spera nella vittoria del sì al referendum”.

After labeling supporters of the Yes as Freemasons, bandits, and whoever else you can imagine, the latest offense comes from Pd deputy Roberto Morassut. During an intervention on the morning program Coffe Break, hosted by Andrea Pancani on La7, the Democrat dismissed voters on the right, arguing that they “don’t care about the content” because “they mobilize when there’s a stomach problem.” And he continued: “The center-right electorate is a low-intensity electorate; they don’t care much about the content. They mobilize when there’s a stomach problem, instead of when there’s something to discuss about content…” A statement that prompted Senator Maurizio Gasparri of Forza Italia to respond: “So, we have stupid voters?” Morassut tries to readjust his aim: “No, I don’t say this, I say: low intensity.”
The broadcast ended due to the dispute, while in the meantime, L'aria che Tira was setting the agenda. However, the forzista Gasparri intervened later with AdnKronos to add a statement: “We are once again facing the racist attitude of the left towards our voters. I would like to know who the ‘wise ones’ are, perhaps those who take tax credits for films that no one sees, but who are left-wing intellectuals. However, we are grateful to Morassut, who is a politician I have known for years and with whom I have a civil and respectful relationship, for this unjustified contempt, because as has happened in the past, it stirs people up and pushes them even more to vote for us. So we hope that this stink under our noses will be a source of success for those like us who hope for the victory of the Yes in the referendum.”
