Il Tempo: Mauro Icardi e Wanda Nara in tribunale, la nuova battaglia sulle case italiane
Milano, 11 mar. (Adnkronos) - Nuovo capitolo giudiziario nella vicenda tra Mauro Icardi e Wanda Nara. L'attaccante 33enne argentino, in forza attualmente al Galatasaray, ha avviato, a quanto apprende l'Adnkronos, un'azione legale per ottenere la restituzione degli immobili da lui acquistati in Italia durante il matrimonio, oggi al centro del contenzioso patrimoniale tra i due ex coniugi.
La questione è stata affrontata questa mattina nella prima udienza davanti al giudice, Dott.ssa Ilaria Gentile, della V sezione civile del Tribunale di Milano, che al termine dell'udienza ha proposto la possibilità di una transazione per tentare di chiudere la controversia in via conciliativa. Mauro Icardi è assistito dagli avvocati Valeria De Vellis e Raffaele Rigitano, mentre Wanda Nara è rappresentata dall'avvocato Giuseppe Di Carlo.
Il nuovo contenzioso arriva al termine di una storia che è sempre andata oltre il campo da gioco, trasformandosi spesso in un caso mediatico con una dinamica di coppia sempre al centro dei riflettori. Wanda Nara, ex manager e compagna per anni di Icardi, ha spesso avuto un ruolo chiave nella carriera del calciatore, gestendone immagine, trasferimenti e comunicazione, un unicum nel panorama calcistico internazionale.

Milan, March 11 (Adnkronos) – A new judicial chapter in the dispute between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara. The 33-year-old Argentine striker, currently playing for Galatasaray, has initiated legal action, as Adnkronos learns, to obtain the return of the properties he purchased in Italy during the marriage, now at the center of the marital asset dispute between the two former spouses.
The matter was addressed this morning in the first hearing before Judge Ilaria Gentile of the V Civil Section of the Milan Court, who, at the end of the hearing, proposed the possibility of a settlement to attempt to close the dispute amicably. Mauro Icardi is represented by lawyers Valeria De Vellis and Raffaele Rigitano, while Wanda Nara is represented by lawyer Giuseppe Di Carlo.
The new dispute comes at the end of a story that has often gone beyond the playing field, often transforming into a media case with a couple's dynamic always at the center of the spotlight. Wanda Nara, former manager and partner of Icardi for years, often played a key role in the footballer’s career, managing his image, transfers and communication, a unique case in the international football landscape.

(Adnkronos/Labitalia) - L'intelligenza artificiale sta cambiando il modo di studiare e di apprendere e le università sono chiamate ad accompagnare questa trasformazione, guidando studenti e docenti verso un utilizzo consapevole e responsabile delle nuove tecnologie. È questo il quadro tracciato da Paolo Boccardelli, rettore dell'università Luiss Guido Carli, intervenendo all'incontro promosso dalla Luiss insieme a Google dal titolo “Reimagining the Learning Experience at Luiss”, dedicato all'evoluzione dei modelli formativi e all'integrazione dell'intelligenza artificiale nei processi accademici. “Oggi gli studenti utilizzano ampiamente l'intelligenza artificiale, quasi il 70% lo fa quotidianamente, un terzo per sintetizzare documenti, un quarto per fare elaborati", ha spiegato Boccardelli.
“La Luiss ha deciso di investire in maniera strategica e deliberata su questa nuova tecnologia, ma per governarne i rischi e massimizzarne le opportunità. L'intesa con Google serve proprio a questo: portare la Luiss nel futuro, ovvero aiutare i nostri studenti, docenti e staff a utilizzare l'intelligenza artificiale non come un sostituto, ma come un grande supporto per avere risultati migliori nelle proprie attività”, ha aggiunto ancora.
Sul contenuto dell'accordo, firmato presso il campus Luiss, il rettore ha aggiunto: “Condividono con noi le loro tecnologie e ci aiutano a formare docenti, staff e studenti nell'utilizzo efficace, responsabile e soprattutto massimizzandone i risultati dell'intelligenza artificiale”, ha concluso.

Si avvicina la data del Referendum costituzionale sulla Giustizia e la sinistra la spara sempre più grossa. Dopo aver bollato i sostenitori del Sì come massoni, banditi e chi più ne ha più ne metta, la nuova offesa è a firma del deputato Pd Roberto Morassut. Intervenendo in merito al Referendum durante la trasmissione mattutina Coffe Break, diretta da Andrea Pancani su La7, il dem ha snobbato gli elettori di centro-destra, sostenendo che a loro "non importa dei contenuti" perché "si mobilitano quando c'è un problema di pancia". E ancora: "L'elettorato di centro destra è un elettorato a bassa intensità, dei contenuti gliene importa poco. Si mobilita quando c'è un problema di pancia, invece quando c'è da discutere di contenuti…”. Una frase che ha fatto scattare il senatore di Forza Italia, Maurizio Gasparri, che ha replicato: "Cioè abbiamo gli elettori scemi?”. Morassut tenta male di ricalibrare il tiro: "No, non dico questo, dico: a bassa intensità”.
Litigio concluso causa fine trasmissione, che nel frattempo dava la linea a L'aria che Tira. Tuttavia, il forzista Gasparri intervenuto successivamente all'AdnKronos per aggiungere una dichiarazione: “Ci troviamo di nuovo davanti all'atteggiamento razzista della sinistra nei confronti dei nostri elettori. Vorrei capire poi chi sarebbero i sapienti, forse quelli che prendono il tax credit per film che non vede nessuno, ma che sono intellettuali di sinistra. Comunque noi siamo grati a Morassut, che è un politico che conosco da anni e con cui ho un rapporto civile e rispettoso, per questo ingiustificato disprezzo, perché come è già successo in passato, fa indignare le persone e le spinge ancora di più a votarci. L'Unità: Uccisa in casa a coltellate, arrestato il figlio per l’omicidio: “Non ricordo niente”
Non ricorda Fabio Fibrini, accusato di aver ucciso la madre a coltellate in casa, a Genova. La vittima si chiamava Maria Marchetti, è stata trovata morta nell’appartamento dove viveva con il figlio ieri pomeriggio. A lungo interrogato dal pubblico ministero, l’uomo è sembrato in grande confusione, ha lamentato un forte mal di testa e ha parlato di un vuoto mentale nelle ultime ore. Al termine dell’interrogatorio è stato arrestato.
A far scattare l’allarme l’altro figlio della donna, 62 anni, in quanto da giorni non riusciva a mettersi in contatto con la madre. Quando gli agenti sono entrati nell’appartamento in via San Felice, quartiere di Molassana, hanno trovato il cadavere della donna. Sul corpo i segni evidenti dei fendenti mortali. Il 52enne si trovava all’interno dello stesso appartamento, con i vestiti sporchi di sangue. La procura ha previsto accertamenti per risalire con precisione all’orario del delitto. Secondo i primi rilievi la donna potrebbe esser stata aggredita nella notte tra sabato e domenica.
La vittima aveva 87 anni. L’uomo, secondo il retroscena riportato da AdnKronos, era considerato una persona problematica, era stato seguito da un centro di salute mentale e in passato le forze dell’ordine erano intervenute perché si era barricato in casa. È stato accusato di omicidio aggravato dal legame di parentela, è in attesa della convalida del gip. Sequestrato il coltello che sarebbe stato usato nel delitto.
