Mickey Rourke è stato cacciato dalla sua casa di Los Angeles – già dimora del famoso giallista Raymond Chandler – per non aver pagato 60mila dollari di affitto arretrato. Un tribunale di Los Angeles ha reso esecutivo lo sfratto della ex star celebre negli Anni Ottanta, deliberando a favore del suo padrone di casa Eric Goldie.
Rourke a TMZ aveva confermato che non aveva pagato il canone perché la casa sarebbe stata infestata dai topi. Candidato agli Oscar e vincitore di un Golden Globe, Rourke aveva apparentemente lanciato una colletta, poi sconfessata, per permettergli di trovare un alloggio quando era arrivata la prima indicazione dello sfratto alle porte.
L’attore dopo il cinema si era reinventato pugile. Poi è tornato sul set negli anni 2000 con “Sin City”, “Iron Man 2” e soprattutto “The Wrestler”, una pellicola quasi autobiografica. Mickey Rourke was evicted from his Los Angeles home – formerly the residence of the famous mystery writer Raymond Chandler – for not paying $60,000 in back rent. A Los Angeles court ordered the eviction of the former star, famous in the 1980s, in favor of his landlord Eric Goldie.
Rourke had confirmed to TMZ that he hadn't paid the rent because the house was infested with mice. La perizia psichiatrica
Stando alla perizia psichiatrica disposta nei mesi scorsi dalla Corte, Chiara Petrolini era "capace di intendere e di volere al momento dei fatti". Le esperte Marina Carla Verga e Laura Ghiringhelli non hanno infatti riscontrato nessuna patologia che possa aver condizionato la capacità dell'imputata al momento dei fatti e l'hanno anche ritenuta capace di stare in giudizio. La 22enne è stata comunque definita "soggetto immaturo e fragile, meritevole di un trattamento e percorso di cura non cosi' differente da quelli dedicati per minori".

Morrissey ha deciso di annullare il concerto in programma a Valencia, il 12 marzo, lamentando che i festeggiamenti che si stanno tenendo nella città spagnola per Las Fallas (si svolge ogni anno dal primo al 19 marzo in onore di San Giuseppe, ndr) gli hanno impedito di riposare adeguatamente durante la notte. “La mancanza di riposo ha reso impossibile lo spettacolo previsto a Valencia”, si legge in una dichiarazione pubblicata questa mattina sul sito web dell’ex frontman degli Smiths.
Morrissey è arrivato a Valencia l’11 marzo, dopo un viaggio in auto di due giorni da Milano. Durante la notte è stato disturbato dai festeggiamenti che, secondo la dichiarazione, comprendevano “canti techno ad alto volume e annunci al megafono” che si sentivano dalla sua camera d’albergo. “Questa esperienza ha lasciato Morrissey in uno stato catatonico”, si afferma nella dichiarazione. In un altro breve post sul suo sito web, il cantante ha definito la notte un “inferno indescrivibile”. “Mi ci vorrà un anno per riprendermi. E questo è un eufemismo”, ha aggiunto.
Sul sito web è stato scritto in grassetto che “lo spettacolo non è stato cancellato”, ma che sono “le circostanze” ad aver reso “impossibile” il suo svolgimento, non chiarendo se sarà riprogrammato o se chi ha acquistato i biglietti potrà chiedere un rimborso.

Un aereo cisterna KC-135 americano, impegnato nelle operazioni militari contro Teheran, è precipitato in condizioni ancora poco chiare durante una missione di rifornimento in volo. Secondo il comando militare statunitense lo schianto sarebbe avvenuto dopo un incidente tra due velivoli nello stesso spazio aereo, uno dei quali è riuscito ad atterrare mentre l’altro, ossia il KC-135, si è schiantato rovinosamente al suolo.

Al momento non è chiaro se l’incidente sia stato provocato da una manovra errata oppure se ci sia stato un qualche evento esterno che ha causato lo schianto. Cosa ancora peggiore è che l’equipaggio, almeno tre militari, risulta disperso con le squadre di ricerca degli Usa che stanno scandagliando la zona desertica e isolata dell’Iraq occidentale in cui è precipitato l’aereo cisterna.
Hormuz, il collo di bottiglia del petrolio
In tutto questo, la guerra in Iran continua a infuriare. Particolarmente critica è la situazione nello Stretto di Hormuz dove il blocco al transito delle navi, a causa della minaccia dei pasdaran, sta creando uno schock energetico globale perché da quel piccolo lembo di mare passa circa un quinto del petrolio mondiale.
Difficile che lo Stretto di Hormuz torni navigabile a breve visto che la nuova Guida Suprema dell’Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, nel suo – fin qui unico – intervento pubblico ha detto che il mondo deve arrendersi davanti al fatto che il blocco è destinato a durare a lungo, con le inevitabili ripercussioni sul prezzo del petrolio che continua a salire giornalmente.

Manzoni”, diretto dalla dirigente scolastica Marinella Carmela La Rosa, ha ottenuto il Certificato di Eccellenza per la partecipazione alla sfida “Code Week for All”, iniziativa promossa nell’ambito della European Code Week 2025. Il riconoscimento premia le scuole che promuovono con continuità il pensiero computazionale e lo sviluppo delle competenze digitali tra gli studenti.
Il progetto è stato coordinato dall’insegnante Adriana Sardo, Super Organiser dell’iniziativa, e ha coinvolto numerose classi dell’istituto. La collaborazione tra docenti e alunni ha trasformato le attività in un’esperienza di apprendimento concreta, dinamica e altamente partecipata.
Dall’11 al 26 ottobre le aule della scuola si sono trasformate in veri e propri laboratori di innovazione. Gli studenti hanno sperimentato diverse attività di coding e robotica educativa: dai percorsi con CodyRoby e Code.org, alla programmazione dei robot Bee-Bot e Doc, costruendo sequenze di comandi e affrontando sfide logiche. Non sono mancate attività unplugged su scacchiera e lavori di pixel art, oltre alla progettazione e animazione di modelli meccanici con i kit Lego WeDo 2.0.
«Sperimentando con il coding», spiega l’insegnante Adriana Sardo, «gli studenti imparano a progettare soluzioni, valutare i risultati e trasformare le difficoltà in opportunità di crescita. Attraverso queste esperienze sviluppano autonomia, responsabilità e capacità di collaborazione, competenze fondamentali non solo nella tecnologia ma anche nella vita quotidiana e nelle relazioni con gli altri».
Il riconoscimento ottenuto rappresenta la conferma dell’impegno dell’Istituto “A. Manzoni” nel promuovere una scuola innovativa e inclusiva, capace di stimolare la curiosità degli studenti, valorizzarne i talenti e prepararli ad affrontare con sicurezza e competenza le sfide del futuro.

“Experiencing with coding,” explains teacher Adriana Sardo, “students learn to design solutions, evaluate results, and transform difficulties into opportunities for growth. Through these experiences, they develop autonomy, responsibility, and collaboration skills, which are fundamental not only in technology but also in everyday life and relationships with others.”
The recognition obtained represents confirmation of the “A. Manzoni” Institute’s commitment to promoting an innovative and inclusive school, capable of stimulating students’ curiosity, valuing their talents, and preparing them to confidently and competently face the challenges of the future.

In Sicilia diminuisce il numero dei minori segnalati per alcuni reati come rapina e associazione per delinquere, ma cresce la preoccupazione per il coinvolgimento dei giovani nelle organizzazioni mafiose. È quanto emerge dal rapporto “(Dis)armati” di Save the Children, realizzato con il sostegno della Fondazione Iris Ceramica Group Ets e diffuso oggi, che analizza i dati relativi al primo semestre del 2025.
A livello nazionale, nei primi sei mesi dell’anno i minorenni denunciati o arrestati per associazione di tipo mafioso sono stati 46, un dato che potrebbe indicare un aumento rispetto al 2024, quando nell’intero anno i casi registrati erano stati 49. Di questi, quasi la metà si concentra tra Catania (15) e Napoli (6).

Nationally, in the first six months of the year, 46 minors were denounced or arrested for mafia-type association, a figure that could indicate an increase compared to 2024, when the number of cases recorded throughout the year was 49. Of these, almost half are concentrated in Catania (15) and Naples (6).

Adescavano le vittime su una piattaforma di messaggistica e una volta fissato l'appuntamento, dietro la prospettiva di una prestazione sessuale, facevano invece scattare violente rapine ed estorsioni. Nel mirino finivano deliberatamente omosessuali, che venivano intimiditi con la minaccia di rivelare quanto accaduto ai familiari così da dissuaderli nel presentare denuncia. Proprio da una segnalazione di un'associazione LGBT sono scattate le indagini. È quanto successo a Roma ed emerso da un'indagine condotta dalla Polizia di Stato dietro il coordinamento dei magistrati del 'Dipartimento criminalità diffusa e grave', che hanno ordinato una ordinanza di custodia cautelare - emessa dal Gip presso il Tribunale ordinario di Roma - per tre giovani: un cittadino rumeno di 23 anni e due italiani di 22 anni.
Il capo del racket operava da una base a Perugia, da dove contattava le vittime su una piattaforma di incontri per poi raggiungerle nei punti concordati per l'incontro. Incontri che poi si rivelavano un incubo: i complici del front man uscivano dal baule del veicolo per aggredire le vittime a mani nude, così come, in alcune occasioni, anche con coltelli o strumenti atti a offendere. Le prognosi riportate dalle vittime sono state superate in alcuni casi i 20 giorni.
A tradire la banda sono stati indicati alcuni dettagli del veicolo utilizzato, nonché i riconoscimenti effettuati dalle vittime e l'analisi dei tabulati telefonici. Il bottino delle rapine ha fruttato agli indagati effetti personali, tra cui oggetti in oro e denaro contante.

Victims were being lured through a messaging platform, and once an appointment was set, instead of a sexual performance, violent robberies and extortion were triggered. Homosexuals were deliberately targeted, intimidated with the threat of revealing what had happened to their families in order to dissuade them from filing a report. Investigations were initiated following a report by an LGBT association. This is what happened in Rome and emerged from an investigation conducted by the Italian State Police under the coordination of the magistrates of the ‘Department for Organized and Serious Crime,’ which ordered a precautionary custody order – issued by the Gip at the ordinary court of Rome – for three young men: a 23-year-old Romanian citizen and two Italian men, aged 22.
The head of the racket operated from a base in Perugia, from where he contacted the victims via a dating platform before meeting them at the agreed-upon locations. These meetings then turned into a nightmare: the accomplices of the frontman emerged from the trunk of the vehicle to attack the victims bare-handed, as well as, in some cases, with knives or instruments intended for assault. The prognoses reported by the victims were exceeded in some cases by 20 days.
Some details of the vehicle used, as well as the identifications made by the victims and the analysis of telephone records, betrayed the gang. The loot from the robberies yielded personal belongings, including items made of gold and cash.
