WTF #Samsung - I have two "smart" watches at home: Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy watch 5 LTE.

Stock software on both, and NONE of them reacts for "Factory Reset" in settings. Just freeze for 5 seconds and goes to main screen with time.
Both are working, one with LTE has an eSim connected and can call, receive etc. but doesnt allow me to factory reset them to start from scratch as both are so slow and so messed up that its only way for them to be really usable.
