L'Unità: Meloni avvicinata da uno sconosciuto al teatro Parenti di Milano, il clamoroso buco nella sicurezza della premier
Com’è possibile che un uomo sconosciuto possa raggiungere la presidente del Consiglio Giorgia Meloni indisturbato, nonostante una fitta presenza dei suoi uomini della scorta e delle forze dell’ordine?
È l’episodio imbarazzante che si è verificato giovedì pomeriggio al Teatro Franco Parenti di Milano, dove Meloni era l’ospite principale dell’evento del Comitato Sì Riforma in vista del referendum sulla giustizia del 22 e 23 marzo.
La scena, ripresa da diversi video, mostra un uomo avvicinarsi alla premier, che sta per iniziare il suo intervento di fronte alla platea. Il microfono piazzato di fronte a Meloni permette addirittura di sentire il breve scambio di battute: l’uomo in questione si presenta come “Musumeci, Orazio Maurizio”, consegna alla premier un libro e poi dice di “aspettare le dimissioni” del presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella, infine lascia il palco del teatro e va via. La reazione della presidente del Consiglio è di sincero stupore: lo guarda interdetto, espressione che rivolge anche alla platea, per poi iniziare il suo intervento.

L’uomo, che incredibilmente ha raggiunto Meloni sul palco senza trovare alcun ostacolo, è stato successivamente identificato dalla Digos. Si tratta effettivamente di Orazio Maurizio Musumeci, catanese residente a Pavia che sul proprio profilo Facebook si definisce “«direttore generale di Enel Spa” e “amministratore non delegato tecnico dello stato superpartes dal 2007”, oltre a definirsi “onorevole”, pur non ricoprendo alcuna carica in Parlamento.
Quanto al libro regalato a Meloni, si tratta di “Il tredicesimo presidente”, da lui stesso scritto e in cui in sostanza ritiene di essere il legittimo capo di Stato italiano. Musumeci tra l’altro aveva annunciato proprio su Facebook, con un video, l’intenzione di recarsi a Milano “per un faccia a faccia con l’onorevole Meloni”.
Per fortuna le intenzioni di Musumeci erano dunque “pacifiche”, ma la facilità con la quale l’uomo ha raggiunto la premier sul palco, semplicemente mettendosi in fila tra gli altri sotto il palco, rilancia il tema della sicurezza, ancora più evidente visti i timori su azioni di possibili “lupi solitari” filo-iraniani.
Sicurezza della premier di cui è responsabile Pino Napoli, marito di Patrizia Scurti, la storica assistente della presidente del Consiglio. Al Parenti è andato in scena un “buco” clamoroso nel sistema di protezione della premier in quello che doveva essere sulla carta un ambiente iper controllato, vista l presenza tra gli altri anche della seconda carica dello Stato, il presidente del Senato Ignazio La Russa, oltre al ministro della Giustizia Carlo Nordio ed una lunga serie di parlamentari di centrodestra.

How is it possible that an unknown man could reach Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni undisturbed, despite the presence of her security personnel and law enforcement officers?
It’s the embarrassing incident that occurred on Thursday afternoon at the Teatro Franco Parenti in Milan, where Meloni was the main guest of the Comitato Sì Riforma event ahead of the justice referendum on March 22nd and 23rd.
The scene, captured in several videos, shows a man approaching the premier as she was about to begin her speech to the audience. The microphone placed in front of Meloni even allows you to hear the brief exchange of words: the man introduces himself as “Musumeci, Orazio Maurizio,” hands the premier a book and then says he is “waiting for the resignations” of President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, and finally leaves the stage and departs. The Prime Minister’s reaction is one of sincere astonishment: she looks at him in disbelief, an expression she also directs to the audience, before starting her speech.

L'Unità: Migranti in Albania, la Corte d’Appello di Roma contro i Cpr meloniani di Gjader: “Dubbi su legittimità del protocollo”
Proprio nel giorno in cui, nelle comunicazioni al Senato alla vigilia del Consiglio europeo, aveva ribadito come il Patto Italia-Albania che ha permesso la creazione di Centri di permanenza per il rimpatrio avesse ottenuto l’ok dell’Europa grazie al Patto su migrazione e asilo voluto dalle destre di Bruxelles, per Giorgia Meloni arriva l’ennesima doccia fredda sul fronte interno.
La presidente del Consiglio aveva utilizzato la tribuna del Senato per tornare nuovamente ad attaccare i giudici che negli scorsi mesi hanno firmato i provvedimenti che hanno liberato i migranti in attesa di rimpatrio trasferiti dai Cpr italiani a quello albanese di Gjader, e a poche ore da quell’offensiva giunge da Roma un nuovo colpo al suo progetto albanese.
“Colpa” della Corte di Appello di Roma che, in tre dispositivi emessi nelle scorse settimane, mette in discussione l’intero impianto del controverso Patto Italia-Albania firmato da Meloni col premer di Tirana Edi Rama, modificato in corso d’opera trasformando il centro di Gjader in un Cpr dalla sua funzione originaria, ovvero centro di trattenimento per richiedenti asilo in attesa delle procedure accelerate di frontiera in quanto provenienti da Paesi sicuri.
“La richiesta di convalida del trattenimento non avrebbe potuto essere pronunciata dubitando questa Corte di Appello della legittimità della disciplina del Protocollo Italia-Albania e della conseguente legge di ratifica, di cui si invoca l’applicazione, per effetto del recentissimo rinvio pregiudiziale sollevato da questa Corte di Appello il 5 e il 17 novembre scorso alla Corte di Giustizia dell’Unione europea”, si legge nei dispositivi emessi della Corte riguardanti tre cittadini marocchini su cui gravava un decreto di espulsione. I migranti hanno riproposto richiesta d’asilo e i giudici hanno confermato che, in attesa della loro domanda, hanno diritto a rimanere su territorio europeo.
In particolare nei provvedimenti, di cui riferisce Repubblica, i giudici della Corte d’appello di Roma affermano che “ancora oggi permangono i dubbi già sollevati rispetto alla compatibilità con l’art. 9 della direttiva europea che prevede che il richiedente asilo ha il diritto di rimanere nello Stato membro fino all’adozione della decisione sulla sua domanda“.

Just on the day when, in communications to the Senate ahead of the European Council, she had reiterated that the Italy-Albania Pact, which had allowed the creation of Centers for Repatriation, had obtained the approval of Europe thanks to the migration and asylum Pact desired by the right-wing factions of Brussels, Giorgia Meloni received yet another cold shower on the domestic front.
The Prime Minister had used the Senate’s platform to once again attack the judges who, in the past few months, had signed the orders that had freed migrants awaiting repatriation, transferred from Italian CPRs to the Albanian center in Gjader, and just a few hours before this offensive, a new blow arrived from Rome to her Albanian project.
“Fault” of the Court of Appeal of Rome, which, in three rulings issued in recent weeks, challenges the entire controversial Italy-Albania Pact signed by Meloni with the backing of Tirana and Edi Rama, modified in course of operations by transforming the Gjader center into a CPR from its original function, namely a holding center for asylum seekers awaiting accelerated border procedures as they come from safe countries.
“The request for validation of detention could not have been pronounced doubting this Court of Appeal the legitimacy of the Italy-Albania Protocol and the consequent ratification law, of which application is invoked, as a result of the very recent preliminary referral raised by this Court of Appeal on November 5th and 17th to the Court of Justice of the European Union, concerning three Moroccan citizens burdened by an expulsion order. The migrants had re-presented an asylum request and the judges confirmed that, pending their application, they have the right to remain on European territory.”
In particular, in the orders, as reported by Repubblica, the judges of the Court of Appeal of Rome state that “doubts still persist regarding the compatibility with Article 9 of the European directive, which stipulates that the asylum seeker has the right to remain in the member state until a decision is made on their application.”

Sta parlando il senatore di FdI, Raffaele Speranzon, dopo le comunicazioni di Giorgia Meloni in vista del Consiglio Ue, quando Ignazio La Russa, che stava invitando il collega di partito a terminare il proprio intervento, si è lasciato sfuggire a microfono aperto un “porca putt…”. Non è chiaro se il presidente del Senato ce l’avesse proprio con Speranzon o con le opposizioni che stavano iniziando a rumoreggiare.
Poco prima aveva acceso gli animi un articolo del Times, citato da Marco Scurria di FdI, sulle vittorie sportive che “spesso arrivano quando le nazioni sono in piena espansione”, come è successo di recente all’Italia del rugby che ha battuto la Gran Bretagna. It was unclear whether the President of the Senate was truly angry with Speranzon or with the opposition that was beginning to protest.
Shortly before, an article in The Times, cited by Marco Scurria of FdI, about sporting victories that “often arrive when nations are in full expansion,” as has recently happened with the Italian rugby team beating Great Britain, had fueled the tensions. We must admit that, not having been directly involved in the negotiations, we do not have the elements to definitively endorse, nor to refute, the assessments of the United States regarding Iran’s unwillingness to reach a final agreement. The point is that we, unfortunately, live in a world that forces us to choose between bad options.
