Roma, 13 mar. (Adnkronos) - "Il blocco dello Stretto di Hormuz ha portato a uno shock petrolifero senza precedenti. L'Agenzia Internazionale per l'Energia (Aie), di fronte allo shock storico più grave della storia recente, ha dovuto sbloccare 400 milioni di barili dalle riserve, confermando un punto cruciale: in questo mondo interconnesso, colpire le grandi vie di comunicazione e utilizzare i cosiddetti 'colli di bottiglia' (choke points) può portare al collasso dell'economia mondiale". Così Marco Minniti, presidente della Fondazione MedOr, intervenendo in videocollegamento a LetExpo 2026 - la manifestazione fieristica organizzata da Alis Service in collaborazione con Veronafiere - ha sottolineato come lo shock petrolifero causato dalla chiusura dello Stretto mette a rischio la tenuta delle economie occidentali. Il blocco, causato dalla strategia iraniana di "produrre il massimo caos possibile, colpendo Paesi come l'Arabia Saudita, gli Emirati Arabi e il Qatar, rappresenta un segnale chiaro: nel momento in cui si colpisce l'Iran, si avvia una fase di destabilizzazione mondiale", commenta Minniti.
Hormuz e lo shock energetico, dunque il problema degli approvvigionamenti e dello scambio di merci. In questo scenario, qual è il ruolo di due grandi colossi come Russia e Cina? Minniti osserva: "A loro è stata consegnata una grande opportunità. Con lo shock energetico la Russia, produttrice di petrolio e gas, ha messo in campo un'offerta all'Europa per riprendere i rapporti di collaborazione interrotti drammaticamente con l'invasione dell'Ucraina. E in questo contesto, la Russia assume un ruolo da protagonista. La Cina - aggiunge - vede una sfida cruciale: più c'è disordine nel mondo e più viene meno il diritto internazionale, più sarà facile per loro riprendersi Taiwan, che resta l'obiettivo strategico fondamentale", le sue parole.

Se avete visto il programma televisivo Airport Security, saprete che negli aeroporti possono capitare ritrovamenti incredibili, dalla droga agli oggetti più assurdi. Ma Zhang Kequn, cittadino cinese, ha portato il concetto di insolito a un livello tutto suo: all’aeroporto internazionale Jomo Kenyatta di Nairobi, è stato arrestato dopo essere stato fermato con oltre 2000 formiche “regine” nel bagaglio, destinate alla Cina. Un traffico tanto insolito quanto illegale.
L’uomo non ha ancora fornito spiegazioni ufficiali, ma gli investigatori ritengono che possa essere collegato a una rete di traffico di formiche smantellata lo scorso anno in Kenya. Non è il primo caso del genere nel Paese. Lo scorso maggio, un tribunale keniano ha condannato quattro uomini, due belgi, un vietnamita e un cittadino locale, a un anno di carcere per aver tentato di esportare migliaia di formiche regine. Un caso senza precedenti, che aveva già messo in luce quanto il contrabbando di insetti protetti possa assumere contorni paradossali ma gravi sul piano legale e ambientale.

La sospensione, riportano Bild e diversi media tedeschi, è stata decisa per motivi di sicurezza ed è durata circa mezz'ora seguendo una "procedura standard", ha detto un portavoce dello scalo berlinese. L'aeroporto sta ora valutando i passi successivi insieme alla polizia. Il portavoce ha dichiarato a t-online che non sono stati possibili decolli o atterraggi tra le 18:40 e le 19:15. Le operazioni sono poi riprese e non sono previste cancellazioni di voli. Tuttavia, sono possibili ritardi.
Un "oggetto volante luminoso" è stato avvistato sopra l'hangar della Bundeswehr poco prima delle 19:00, ha dichiarato un portavoce dell'aeroporto al Tagesspiegel. Un portavoce della polizia federale ha dichiarato che, al momento, non è chiaro di che tipo di oggetto si sia trattato. L'Unità: Migranti in Albania, la Corte d’Appello di Roma contro i Cpr meloniani di Gjader: “Dubbi su legittimità del protocollo”
Proprio nel giorno in cui, nelle comunicazioni al Senato alla vigilia del Consiglio europeo, aveva ribadito come il Patto Italia-Albania che ha permesso la creazione di Centri di permanenza per il rimpatrio avesse ottenuto l’ok dell’Europa grazie al Patto su migrazione e asilo voluto dalle destre di Bruxelles, per Giorgia Meloni arriva l’ennesima doccia fredda sul fronte interno.
La presidente del Consiglio aveva utilizzato la tribuna del Senato per tornare nuovamente ad attaccare i giudici che negli scorsi mesi hanno firmato i provvedimenti che hanno liberato i migranti in attesa di rimpatrio trasferiti dai Cpr italiani a quello albanese di Gjader, e a poche ore da quell’offensiva giunge da Roma un nuovo colpo al suo progetto albanese.
“Colpa” della Corte di Appello di Roma che, in tre dispositivi emessi nelle scorse settimane, mette in discussione l’intero impianto del controverso Patto Italia-Albania firmato da Meloni col premer di Tirana Edi Rama, modificato in corso d’opera trasformando il centro di Gjader in un Cpr dalla sua funzione originaria, ovvero centro di trattenimento per richiedenti asilo in attesa delle procedure accelerate di frontiera in quanto provenienti da Paesi sicuri.
“La richiesta di convalida del trattenimento non avrebbe potuto essere pronunciata dubitando questa Corte di Appello della legittimità della disciplina del Protocollo Italia-Albania e della conseguente legge di ratifica, di cui si invoca l’applicazione, per effetto del recentissimo rinvio pregiudiziale sollevato da questa Corte di Appello il 5 e il 17 novembre scorso alla Corte di Giustizia dell’Unione europea”, si legge nei dispositivi emessi della Corte riguardanti tre cittadini marocchini su cui gravava un decreto di espulsione. I migranti hanno riproposto richiesta d’asilo e i giudici hanno confermato che, in attesa della loro domanda, hanno diritto a rimanere su territorio europeo.
In particolare nei provvedimenti, di cui riferisce Repubblica, i giudici della Corte d’appello di Roma affermano che “ancora oggi permangono i dubbi già sollevati rispetto alla compatibilità con l’art. 9 della direttiva europea che prevede che il richiedente asilo ha il diritto di rimanere nello Stato membro fino all’adozione della decisione sulla sua domanda“.

The migrants had re-presented an asylum request and the judges confirmed that, pending their application, they have the right to remain on European territory.”
In particular, in the orders, as reported by Repubblica, the judges of the Court of Appeal of Rome state that “doubts still persist regarding the compatibility with Article 9 of the European directive, which stipulates that the asylum seeker has the right to remain in the member state until a decision is made on their application.”

Regarding Chat Control, the European Parliament's proposal from 2023 is reasonable. Instead of violating privacy and exposing people, including minors, to security risks, the proposal is about:
Automatic crawling of online content;
Obligation for service providers to remove illegal content, including CSAM;
More powers for law enforcement agencies to report illegal materials to providers.
Security by design should remain top priority as victims of abuse need secure and private means of communications to talk, seek help and advice.
Breaking encryption or mass scanning of private communications is not the solution.
