Tomorrow, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the first decree law to address the housing emergency should be presented to the Council of Ministers. The government does not define it as a “housing plan” but as “a first intervention on existing properties,” according to the words of the Infrastructure Minister, Matteo Salvini, during the last question time at the Senate.
