La polizia norvegese ha arrestato oggi tre fratelli residenti a Oslo e originari dell'Iraq per l'esplosione avvenuta domenica fuori dall'ambasciata Usa. Sono accusati di aver violato l'articolo 138 del Codice penale, ovvero di attentato terroristico. Lo riporta l'emittente Nrk. I tre, tutti intorno ai 20 anni, sono stati arrestati oggi nella capitale norvegese. Non erano noti alle autorità. "Crediamo ancora che solo una persona abbia agito all'ambasciata, ma che altri abbiano partecipato al complotto in modi diversi", ha detto il procuratore di polizia Christian Hatlo in conferenza stampa. "Stiamo ancora lavorando su diverse ipotesi. Una di queste è che possa trattarsi di un'operazione commissionata da un attore statale", ha dichiarato il. "È abbastanza naturale, data la natura dell'obiettivo, l'ambasciata americana, e la situazione di sicurezza in cui si trova il mondo oggi", ha aggiunto, precisando che la polizia non esclude altri arresti.
L'attentato non ha causato feriti e solo danni lievi ed è avvenuta intorno all'una di notte di domenica. La polizia sta anche indagando sulla comparsa di un video pubblicato all'incirca nel momento in cui si è verificato l'attentato. Rivelato dalla stampa norvegese, il video mostra l'Ayatollah Ali Khamenei che ricerca l'ambasciata americana a Oslo su Google Maps.
